With budgets under heavy constraint many customers are understandably choosing to defer the refresh of their servers and are instead extending the warranty and support.
While most equipment comes with a single year of support it is more often than not that a 3 year support option is taken out at the time of purchase, for either remote support or for an engineer to arrive on site.  If you are moving into years 4, 5 or beyond and are looking for both peace of mind and to save money, then we can help.
Upgrade Options area of coverage includes the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.  With a dedicated network operations centre, experienced and qualified engineers who each have access to 48 ‘spares’ locations, we are able to provide you with a tailored and bespoke service to meets your needs.

Standard Response Times Options:
2, 4 or 8 Hour response (telephone support / diagnostics)
2, 4 or 8 Hour fix (engineer on site)

Standard Coverage Options:
Monday to Sunday 24x7x365
Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
